ان الشعر كائن حي يحتاج الى عناية خاصة فلذلك علينا الاعتناء به لأنه أيضآ سر من أسرار جمال الأنثى فلذلك تسعى جميع النساء الى البحث على افضل طرق للعناية به .

اولا: لتطويل الشعر:

الوصفه :
زيت البطم 35%
زيت بذور الجرجير 15%
زيت زيتون15%
حب الرشاد10%
زيت المرمية 10 %
زيت جوز الهند10%
زيت الخروع 15%

و تجدوا هذه الزيوت عند العطار و لكي تنجح الوصفه عليكم الإلتزام بالنسب كما هي مبينه أعلاه


الوصفة الثانية :
وهي زيت عافية بس انا استعملت معاه زبوت تانية كتير وريحان
وميريمية
وضفت لهم الاس
واتركيهم 3 اسابيع وبعدين استعمليها بالليل وتاني يوم قومي بغسل شعرك

الوصفة الثالثة :-
المقادير:-
ملعقتين كبيرة سدر +2 ملعقه كبيرة عسل قصب السكر (الأسود) +2 ملعقه خميرة كبيرة + خيار معصورة في الخلاط مع كأس ماء .

الطريقة :
تخلط جميع المقادير في وعاء ثم تترك ساعه وقبل الأستعمال يوضع صفار بيضة ثم ضعيه في الشعر
لمدة ساعة ويغسل بعد ذلك .

الوصفة الرابعة :-
المقادير:
الفلفــل الاخــضــر
اول شي قطعي الفلفل الاخضر مكعبات صغيره ..
بعدين حطيها بعلبة ماي صحه فاضي وضيفي عليها الزيت زيتون وخليها تتنقع لمده عشر ايام بالضبط بالعلبة طبعا مو بشعرك ..
وبعد العشر ايام حطيها بشعرك لمده ماتقل عن 3ساعات ..
وشوفي الفرق راح يطول الشعر بطول تقريبا خمس اشبار بالسنتين ..

مكونات هذه الخلطة هي :

طريقة عمل الخلطة :

خذي ملعقة كبيرة أو أثنين من كل نوع حسب طول شعرك قومي بتقشير الثوم وافرميه لدرجة ناعمة جدا وضعيه على خليط الزيوت وضعيهم على النار وبمجرد أن يأخذ الثوم حرارة الزيت قومي بإزالة الخلطة من فوق النار ثم قومي بوضع الخليط على شعرك ( بالثوم ) ولفي شعرك بالبونيه الخاص بالشعر واتركيه على شعرك لمدة ثمان ساعات واغسليه جيدا بعد ذلك .

الوصفة الخامسة :-
زيت النارجيل ( الكل يعرفه(
ثومه كامله
تغلين الزيت وتحطين عليه الثوم بعد ماتدقينه عشره دقايق وتطفين النار عنه وتتركينه الين يبرد وتحطينه بالثلاجه
تحطينه بالاسبوع ثلاث مرات لمده ساعتين او ثلاث ساعات


الوصفة السادسة :-
رأس ثوم وقشريها بنفسك (لا تستعملي المقشر جاهز اوالمفروم والموجودين بالسوبر ماركت)
مجموعة زيوت (زيت أملا + زيت جوز هند + زيت زيتون + زيت لوز + زيت خروع + زيت جرجير + أي نوع آخر من لزيوت الموجودة عندك والمفيدة للشعر ) ملعقة كبيرة او اثنين من كل نوع حسب طول الشعر

تستخدم لمدة ستة اسابيع مرة كل أسبوع 

في البداية سيتساقط الشعر التالف ولا يستخدم الاستشوار خلال هذة الفترة
